are you passionate about the energy transition and naturally curious about power markets? we are seeking a collaborative junior IT client manager (f/m/x) focusing on providing internal client services.

note: due to the nature of this position, you would need to be in the office at least 4x/week.

as part of our handpicked team of experts, you will

•  support with provision and manage mobile devices (Windows, Linux, Android, iOS),
• assist with the user management in Microsoft Entra ID,
• keep the asset management data up to date,
• provide support to colleagues as a daily business,
• improve process documentation and user knowledge base.

• have completed education with a focus on IT with a basic understanding of IT infrastructure and services,
• have a basic knowledge of at least one client operating systems - Windows/LINUX/ MacOS,
• have a basic understanding of user management and group policies,
• have a high willingness to learn, analytical thinking, quick comprehension are structured,
• have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality,
• value excellent team spirit and start-up culture,
• are fluent in English, (German is a plus), and,
• you are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
