are you passionate about the energy transition and naturally curious about power markets? We are seeking a collaborative IT client manager expert (f/m/x) with a particular focus on the provision of internal client services.

note: due to the nature of this position, you would need to be in the office at least 4x/week.

• provision and manage mobile devices (Windows, Linux, Android, iOS)
• be responsible for the user management in Microsoft Entra ID
• keep the asset management data up to date
• provide support to colleagues as daily business
• ​improve process documentation and user knowledge base

how you fit into the team

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and you

• have completed education with a focus on IT,
• have a good knowledge of the client operating systems Windows/LINUX/ MacOS,
• have a good knowledge about Microsoft 365 (Azure and Exchange, for example),
• are familiar with ticketing systems,
• have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure and services,
• have a high willingness to learn, analytical thinking, quick comprehension are structured,
• have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality,
• value excellent team spirit and start-up culture,
• are fluent in English, (German is a plus), and,
• you are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
