People Operations Professional (f/m/x)

We are looking for an empathetic People Operations Professional (f/m/x), ideally with a background in start-up or scale-up environments. The focus of this role is to provide an excellent internal support across all HR/People and payroll matters. This is a fixed-term parental leave cover position until September 2028, starting in January 2027. 

Support our enspis and manage their data  

This is a support role where you can build on your existing expertise. As part of our handpicked team of experts, you play an integral role in the following areas: 

• Providing administrative support, creating and maintaining employee records and documents, 

• Taking ownership of payroll administration, working with our external partners in eight different countries, 

• Helping to maintain the internal HRMS databases across all locations, 

• Taking ownership of the central People inbox and being the first point of contact for all HR matters and inquiries, 

• Supporting compliance matters and document administration in line with local labour laws 

• Supporting the entire employee life cycle by improving automation and fostering a positive experience at every stage, 

• Collaborating across departments to support employee engagement. 

How you fit into the team  

You want to actively participate in the transition to clean energy and 

• Understand what it means to work in a service-oriented role, 

• Love to work with people, 

• Have at least two years of experience in people operations, 

• Value excellent team spirit, scale-up culture, and creative freedom, 

• Have a general understanding of employment regulations, labour law and best practices, 

• Are open to tailoring your learning journey, focusing on what enspires you most, 

• Have excellent English language skills, fluent German is a plus, 

• Are comfortable drafting letters, using Excel, and designing presentations, 

• Have a strong interest in AI; experience with various HRMS is beneficial, 

• Are detail-oriented, have great organizational skills, and 

• Are curious with a good sense of humor.
