are you passionate about the energy transition and naturally curious about power markets? We are looking for a collaborative product expert (f/m/x) who will serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for a specific product or range of products within the company's portfolio. You will be responsible for understanding the product inside and out, staying up to date with industry trends, and effectively communicating product features and benefits to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various departments such as asset optimization, marketing, sales, and trading operations to ensure the success of the product.

as part of our handpicked team of experts, you 

  • develop and maintain the release board, feature matrix for sales, and clear, accessible product documentation (FAQs, technical specs, data documentation) to support internal teams and streamline go-to-market efforts, 

  • act as the product knowledge hub, enabling internal teams (e.g., sales, trading operations) through engaging training formats and direct support in client interactions, 

  • gather and organize requirements for product planning and development, 

  • actively engage with customers to understand their current needs, gather feedback, and anticipate future expectations to inform product development and increase customer satisfaction,  

  • own the dashboard design process, ensuring a consistent, user-friendly, and on-brand experience, 

  • drive quarterly dashboard releases that deliver measurable value to all existing and new markets, incorporating qualitative and quantitative user feedback, and 

  • collaborate closely with our existing teams, and external partners to align roadmap priorities and implementation paths based on business value and technical feasibility. 

Job requirements

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and 

  • value excellent team spirit, start-up culture and creative freedom, 

  • have a background in either business, IT, science or similar, 

  • have experience in a similar role in the energy industry, ideally involving dashboards, 

  • enjoy working closely with customers and translating their feedback into actionable insights, 

  • have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey and document complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, 

  • have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret user data and make data-informed product decisions, 

  • have a good eye for design and aesthetics, 

  • are experienced in preparing product documentation and training materials to support sales and operations teams, 

  • are fluent in English. German and other languages are a plus, 

  • are detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, 

  • can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, 

  • have basic coding skills in Python and some experience with using LLMs, 

  • experience with enterprise architecture is nice to have, 

  • are interested in the power industry, power trading and artificial intelligence, and 

  • are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
